Re-think the workplace for integrating new generations and cultures
Leslie Wallace is a Canadian who has lived in Belgium for the previous 16 years. Through Leslie’s own success with the challenges of the corporate culture in Belgium, she has a greater understanding of how to conquer the obstacles that sometimes occur when working with both international employees and the country’s native colleagues.
She uses her success and expertise to train others as they work on cultural, language, and generational gaps that can possibly lead to workplace dysfunctions. Leslie knows that those difficulties do not have to prevail. In her experience, having difficult discussions, challenging the status quo, plus seeking training and support will make a team stronger, more innovative, and productive.
